Yoga Day in May

Dear Friends
We are reaching out with a heartfelt request — and an exciting invitation!
It’s been a long-held dream of ours to open the doors of our yoga centre to younger hearts and minds — to create a space where tweens, teens, and their significant grown-ups can explore the grounding, strengthening, and deeply supportive practices of yoga together.
That dream begins in just two weeks.
We are thrilled to announce a special Yoga Day for Tweens, Teens & Their Special Adults, guided by the wonderful Nabilla — a gifted teacher who knows just how to meet younger practitioners where they are, with warmth, humour, and skill.
This class is open to young people to attend on their own or with a loved one — a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or guardian — and it will be a joyful, welcoming introduction to yoga in our beautiful hall.
