‘World Bee Day’ celebrates our hard-working little pollinators on 20 May. At Scitech, we’ll be celebrating on 24 May, exploring why bees are so important to the planet, and how they help keep ecosystems thriving 🐝

Join Damian Green, founder of Bee Central WA, for a buzzing presentation at the Discovery Centre. Discover the fascinating world of bees, from pollen and nectar to honey tasting. If you’re curious about these incredible pollinators, make a beeline to Scitech!

Buzz on over to see the Scitech Bees! Their custom-designed hive features a special internal box for their home, a waste disposal area, and even heating to keep things at a bee-utiful 35 degrees Celsius, just the way they like it. See if you can find the queen bee and try out your best bee waggle dance!
