I invite you to join me for four weeks of blissful yin yoga, deep rest, and soulful inquiry.

Wisdom and truth already live within us — quietly waiting to be met in stillness.

This 4 week yin series offers space to slow down, soften, and listen. Through long-held, nourishing postures, you’ll release deep tension in the body while creating space in both body and mind. Reflective questions woven throughout each practice will guide you inward, helping you connect more deeply with the quiet knowing of your innermost self. 🤍
