Many women have received the deeply ingrained and detrimental belief that we are not good enough, worthy, deserving, and must be quiet, nice, compliant, good girls, people please and self sacrifice causing disconnection, pain, suffering and feeling lost, overwhelmed, shame, guilt, and are often struggling just to get through the day.
This workshop is an invitation to shed those disempowering beliefs and patterns and come home to your true and FULL self, to finally LIBERATE yourself and come home to a deep peace and love within yourself.
It's when you love yourself, prioritise and take care of you that everyone around you benefits from your overflow, you have so much more to give and share with your loved ones, community and the world.
This women's circle is stepping into a safe space of other women on a similar journey and calling yourself back home to yourself, taking some time for you to nourish and fill your cup, and deepen your connection to you, your body, emotions, inner wisdom and intuition, and deep self-love.
We will explore ceremonial cacao, breathwork and embodiment practices that will support you on this journey home.

About Monique Carmela
For many years, I struggled with intense social anxiety—terrified to speak to another person, let alone fully express myself. It felt like my voice didn’t belong, like I wasn’t here to be seen or heard.
