REFRAMING THE NARRATIVE

Reframing the Narrative is a creative healing workshop designed to help women reflect, release, and reclaim their stories in a safe, welcoming space.

Hosted by Nurturing the Nurturer (NTN), this intimate event invites you to be part of intentional community, meaningful conversation, and hands-on creativity as we explore the narratives that have shaped us, then gently reframe the ones that no longer serve our growth.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

All women attenting will receive a picture frame, which they will decorate with assorted charms that resonate with your own personal story. Highlighting a narrative in their life they're reframing. This is a guided storytelling session focused on healing and self-reflection.

• A warm, judgment-free space to share your story (only if you choose)
• Light refreshments and soul-soothing music
• Pink & white, pyjamas & loungewear encouraged
