Join Susie for a grounded and inspiring 2 hour super class , flowing through our last month of winter.

Enjoy a blend of slow flow vinyasa, breath work, nourishing restorative poses and a Yoga Nidra to guide you back to a place of rest and rejuvenation.

Class includes a cold pressed juice and some of Susie’s famous dark chocolate florentines.
