Bleached But Not Broken: Clay Workshop

Join Marite Norris for a hands-on community workshop! Led by Artist Marite Norris, Della from Mudlarks and proudly supported by the City of Stirling.

In this creative session, you’ll craft 2 unique clay coral pieces. Take one home and contribute the other to a powerful collective display celebrating community and ocean conservation. These pieces will become part of a larger public art installation at the Scarborough Pool.

Throughout the workshop, you'll learn clay techniques and engage in meaningful conversations about the coral bleaching crisis and the importance of ocean health.

Come be part of a movement for awareness and positive change this World Oceans Day. Everyone is welcome — children must be accompanied by an adult.

While Art space isn’t running workshops at the old and loved venue anymore, ASC founder Marite Norris loves her community collaborations! Alongside Della from Mudlarks, she’s bringing a little bit of the old Art Space workshops back to Scarbs!
