Join us for a wholesome morning in the studio, learning the foundations of crochet! Our very own Abby, will teach you crochet basics and how to easily crochet granny squares, which are an essential building block for a huge range of projects. Like bags, tops, pillows, bags and more! Abby is a self taught crochet wiz, that loves to create handmade gifts for loved loves.
This workshop includes crochet basics, focusing on a few basic stitches to get you started on your journey, along with all supplies provided to create your squares and get you started on your crochet journey. Abby will share a few of her special tips & tricks to help you become a crochet pro in no time.
This beginners workshop is perfect for anyone who has always wanted to try crochet, skills learnt in this workshop can be used beyond the session to create more squares for bigger projects. When we say beginner friendly, we mean it! Don’t stress if you don’t get heaps and heaps of squares completed during the session, this ticket includes a take home crochet kit.
What this workshop includes:
- An introduction to crochet basics
- All supplies and patterns inspiration for your squares, including a take home kit (crochet hook, needle, stitch counters & yarn)
- Refreshments & little treats to enjoy during the session
What you need to bring:
Nothing at all, if you have a favourite yarn and some crochet hooks you are welcome to bring those along.
