Red Temples
Kicking off the night are Red Temples, the winners of the Big Things Coming Season 1 recording package. This five-piece indie rock band from Victoria Park blends early '90s rock with soul, blues, and reggae, creating a sound that's both nostalgic and fresh. Their recent single, Water from the Stars, delves into themes of self-discovery and life's unexpected changes.
Black Kanyon
Next up is Black Kanyon, a powerhouse ensemble hailing from Perth's sun-bleached coast. Their music combines massive drums, driving basslines, and searing hard rock guitar riffs. Formed by members from bands like Hail Mary and Amberdown, they've recently released singles like So Low and Looks Like, showcasing their collaborative songwriting and intense energy.
Legs Electric
Closing the night is the formidable Legs Electric, an all-female rock band that's been igniting stages since 2012. Known for their blend of contemporary hard rock and '70s heavy blues, they've shared stages with legends like KISS, Uriah Heep, and Wolfmother. Their ferocious live shows have solidified their reputation as one of Perth's must-see acts.
