Linda Platel and Angela Argue are hosting a Meditari Meditation & Inner Energy eight week course. It commences on Tuesday 29 April 02 from 7-8.30pm at The Art of Wellbeing Centre. The sessions will consist of:-

17 & 24 June ~ Reflection on the 6 Meditation Techniques
