Kirtan - Musical Mantra Workshop

In this highly interactive workshop, we will unite mantra meditation - the age old process of meditation through divine sound. We will explore the themes and principles of Bhakti Yoga - the yoga of devotion, and how mantra chanting helps us uncover the deepest part of our being - our most fundamental identity. We will then harmonize our body, mind, and spirit through call and response musical chanting, and enter into the sacred space of the heart together.
