Yin Yoga is a gentle practice where seated and reclining poses are sustained for 3-5 minutes giving the body/mind an unparalleled opportunity to soften & surrender. In this special class your instructor Kathy Tooley, who is also a Reiki Master will share reiki with participants as they settle into postures enhancing the experience of ease & peace in the body/mind.
