Oyster & Wine Pairing at Bishop Estate

Indulge in the ultimate pairing: fresh, delectable oysters from Bad Mother Shuckers, expertly paired with our curated wine list. It's more than a meal, it's an experience.

We have multiple slots each hour to alleviate wait times. You can grab your Oysters and a glass of wine to sit back and relax! We have many places to enjoy your Oysters. You can go into our Rustic Bank Barn, Coop, or Stable room, or under an umbrella on the patio or in our courtyard!

Tickets include:

• 6 or 12 Oysters
• A glass of Wine (Queen Sauvignon Blanc or Stalemate Chardonnay suggested)
• Lemon Wedges
• Choice of (3) Chef Made Mignonettes: Classic, Jalapeno and Ponzu Cucumber

There will be live music and a food truck for all to enjoy if you want to move to our patio or tasting room, or even in the event field. We serve 23+ wines, local craft beer, and snack food items also! The wine gift shop will also be open!
