Parkinson's Support Group

Join us each month at Elevate for a supportive space to connect, share, and learn with others impacted by Parkinson’s. Whether you’re living with Parkinson’s or caring for someone who is, this group offers time to build relationships and find encouragement from others who understand. Each session also includes a presentation on topics relevant to Parkinson’s, followed by open Q&A and plenty of time for conversation.

February Speaker:
This month we will have Revive & Thrive presenting on the importance of exercise through hands-on PWR! movements, with modifications available for those at risk of falls. They will also share helpful guidance on home safety and adaptive equipment to support everyday activities.
