You're invited to our Parkinson’s Support Group at the Elevate office—a welcoming space for learning, connection, and support.

When: The second Tuesday of each month
Time: 2:30 -3:30pm
Where: Elevate Office

Led via Zoom by Sanford Neurologist Dr. Sarah Matcha, each session features insightful guest speakers, valuable education, and a supportive community for those affected by Parkinson’s disease. Whether you're navigating a diagnosis, caring for a loved one, or simply looking for encouragement, this group is here for you.
