✨FREE KUNDALINI CLASS ✨
The month of December we’ll be practicing Foundations for Infinity Kriya — and you’re invited to join us for the first class FREE with @unity.sustains 🧘‍♀️

To access deeper, more expansive states of awareness, the body first needs a stable foundation. This kriya focuses on the pelvis, the body’s central support for posture, balance, and core alignment. When the pelvic muscles and joints are strong and flexible, the whole system functions better.

By strengthening and aligning the pelvis, we create steadiness in the physical body. From that grounded place, the meditation can more easily guide us into calmer, more spacious states of awareness — the “infinite” experience this kriya is known for.
