Parkinson's Support Group

Join us each month at Elevate for a supportive space to connect, share, and learn with others impacted by Parkinson’s. Whether you’re living with Parkinson’s or caring for someone who is, this group offers time to build relationships and find encouragement from others who understand. Each session also includes a presentation on topics relevant to Parkinson’s, followed by open Q&A and plenty of time for conversation.

December Topic:
Home Health & North Central Medical Supply and Equipment

Join us for an informative meeting led by April Greisen Agather, Perham Living’s Director of Home Care. April will discuss home care options, PCA services, and community resources available to help individuals remain safe and independent in their homes. North Central Medical Supply and Equipment will also be on hand to showcase and discuss adaptive equipment designed to support safety and independence at home.

This session will be held in a different location within the Perham Living campus. There is an entrance next to the east of Adult Day Services. We'll have some signage out to help direct you!
