Basshunter (real name Jonas Altberg) The influential Swedish singer, DJ and producers illustrious career started with his big Swedish hit "Boten Anna" and closely followed by "DotA". Later both songs were transformed into English interpretations named "Now You're Gone" and "All I Ever Wanted". The former debut at number 1 in the UK charts, landing him his first number one and stayed at number 1 for 5 weeks!! It has become a dance anthem around the World. "All I Ever Wanted" followed peaking at number two and staying there for 4 weeks, both singles went platinum in the UK. Basshunter debut album (Now You're Gone - The Album) shot in at number one on the UK album charts and also became UK Platinum selling. Basshunter has continued to release his own music including, "Angel In The Night", "Every Morning” and “Saturday” to name a few, all of which becoming UK Top 40 hits and he has sold a staggering six million records over 3 album releases. Over the past several years, Basshunter has transitioned from the traditional main stage sound and embraced his more intimate house music roots, eliciting an overwhelmingly positive response. With still doing more than 100 shows a year he’s been touring the UK, Scandinavia, Spain, Australia, Hungary, Italy to name a few of the countries with his high energy live performances and DJ sets.
