Join us for an evening of intentional rest and inner exploration. Let your body soften in restorative yoga, gently guided by April, while Celeste's healing sound bowls wash over you in waves of calming vibration.
Enhance your senses with aromatherapy, carefully curated to ground and uplift.
Then surrender fully into yoga nidra, aligning mind, body, and spirit with the rhythm of the season.

We'll close the evening with light refreshments and soulful conversation, surrounded by a like-hearted community.
