HOI Sierra Club Picnic

All are welcome to join us for this potluck picnic with fun, FREE activities for all ages to enjoy!

Starting at 5 p.m. at Dogwood shelter in Detweiller Park, we will have a few pre-dinner activities, including a drum circle, (drums and stools provided or bring your own) a plant identification walk, plus frisbee and bocce ball.

For dinner, we will provide hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, buns and cold drinks. Other sides will be by potluck. (No pressure—you are welcome to come even if you don’t bring anything!)

After dinner we invite everyone to participate in an open discussion on what our local Sierra Club can do in the coming year and what kind of programs and activities you want to see happen. We can also take some time to share some of our favorite experiences in the last year.
