Sauna & Yin Yoga at the Old Primary School

A soft landing for the end of your week.

Join us for a slow, soul-soothing evening of sauna and yin yoga, held every other Sunday at The Old School.

We’ll begin with tea and quiet time in the sauna. Enough to warm the bones and soften the breath before moving into a gentle yin yoga practice led by Jennie in the glow of the Mongolian yurt.

Expect long, supported postures, a calming pace, and space to simply arrive in yourself.
