What to Expect In Class:
A Sound Bath is an immersive sound session experienced from a meditative state. Think of it like a massage for your soul, and for your cells! When you arrive, you can get comfy using our in-house mats, blankets, and bolsters. We begin with an easy guided meditation designed to relax you into a state of physical release, where your nervous system can begin to downshift into its rest and digest mode: the state in which your amazing body heals itself best. During meditation, the use of sound tools such as crystal bowls, chimes, drones and more will begin, and will lead you on an auditory journey to the end of the session, when sound bathers will be gently brought back. Sound and matter are one and the same: energies vibrating on certain frequencies. When you consider this fact, it’s easy to see how sound can and does have such a profound affect on our emotional state, mindset, and physical body.
*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
