What to expect in class -

Strengthen, lengthen, and center yourself in this low-impact strength training class. Designed for all levels, this class combines mindful movement with targeted exercises to tone your body while prioritizing alignment and core stability. You’ll work through functional strength-building movements with options for modifications and progressions to meet your needs. Each session concludes with a focus on lengthening and stretching, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
