The Morning Vinyasa class offer a spacious blend of simple flow sections and slower elements, emphasising mindful, embodied presence as the foundation for a safe and nourishing practice. The class will include moments of challenge, especially for those who are newer to yoga, but it remains suitable for all levels of experience. You will grow your appreciation of how yoga can cultivate a greater sense of ease, vitality and wellbeing in body and mind.

The class takes place in the beautiful Sunshine Cafe studio and there’s the option to treat yourself in the cafe after class.
