Notice to Members
Panthers Triathlon Club will hold their AGM on 27 July at 4.00pm
The meeting will be held upstairs at Nepean Aquatic Centre, Lambridge Place, Penrith (entry via the outside stairs).
Date: Sunday 27 July 2025
Time: 4.00pm
All members are welcome to attend.
Note – you must be a current and financial member of PTC as at the date of the AGM.
Matters to be discussed:
- Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- President’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report including financial statements for 2024/2025 season
- Election of office-bearers and ordinary committee members for the 2025/2026 season
Nominations for office-bearers and committee positions for the 2025/2026 season are now open.
Any member of PTC may be nominated as a candidate for election as an office-bearer or ordinary committee member. Brief position descriptions are attached for your reference.
The nomination must be;
a) Made in writing, and
b) Signed by at least 2 members of PTC, not including the candidate, and
c) Accompanied by the written consent of the candidate to the nomination, and
d) Given to the secretary at least 7 days* before the date fixed for the annual general meeting at which the election is to take place.
