- Group A (4 people): Sauna → Cold Plunge → Compression
- Group B (4 people): Compression → Sauna → Cold Plunge
- Group C (4 people): Cold Plunge → Compression → Sauna
(The last 4 people to book in each time block starts in group C, first up cold plunge! Otherwise will accommodate preferences where possible)

We have 2 leg compression sleeves on air lounges set up seperate from the 3 Elements Circuit, available for 30min sessions to purchase in person at anytime on the day.

The Centre is an event venue that opens to the general public recreation on non-event days.
Walk, run or cycle your way around the scenic 5km lakeside paths. Dogs are welcome if kept on leash and under control at all times, cleaned up after, and they are not permitted to enter the water.
Pack a picnic and bring the family down to soak in the views on non-event days.
Grab a snack from the Lakeside Kiosk or dine at Lakeside Restaurant. Call 02 4729 3222 for bookings.
On non-event days, all public parking is free in the P3 carpark. Once you enter Gate A, turn right at the entry screen and park in marked bays to then access the walking and cycle paths.
