Hikyoga at Abandon Brewing with Pauline

What to Expect:

• Outdoor Yoga: We'll start with grounding, glide into gentle movement, take on a balance pose or two, relax in Shavasana, and end with some simple breathwork.
• A drink in the Barn or on the Deck: Top off your practice with a drink and relax. Make it a full Sunday Funday by ordering food too! (Drink included in ticket price!)

Make sure to bring your phone to capture memorable moments!

Schedule:

• Check-in: Begins at 9:45 AM
• Class Start: Promptly at 10:00 AM

Parking & Meeting Spot:

• Plenty of parking is available next to the barn.
• We'll practice on the lawn.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (or towel/blanket)
• Water
• Sunscreen/Bug spray

Facilities:

• Restrooms are available in the barn.
