Glow & Go: Summer Wellness Series is your weekly invitation to step outside, slow down, and reconnect — with nature, with other women, and with yourself. Every Saturday morning in July, we’ll meet at a new scenic location around Akron for an outdoor experience focused on movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation.
No athletic background needed. No pressure. Just good energy, fresh air, and a growing sisterhood.

We’re kicking off the series with one of Northeast Ohio’s most stunning spots. Take in the views, stretch your legs, and settle into summer with good company and a peaceful pace.
