## BRING A MAT ##

Meet at Pentland Hills Cafe Express in Flotterstone car park from 3:20pm.. Will be walking up at 3:30pm or earlier if all "going" have arrived. It is 10 minute (500m) walk to Daisy Dell.

Yoga from 3:45pm until 4:30pm.

Then meet others walking up for a swim at 4:40pm.

It is a 2km walk each way to swim spot along road. Swim footwear advisable though not essential. Ability to hop over a wall required. (Actual swim time will be 5:15pm)
Skinny Dippers, Textiles and Wet-Suit Swimmers Welcome.
Water Temp expected to be around 18c so bring LOTS of extra layers and a hot drink for afterwards.
