## BRING A MAT ##

Meet at Pentland Hills Cafe Express in Flotterstone car park from 9:20am.. Will be walking up at 9:30am or earlier if all "going" have arrived. It is 10 minute (500m) walk to Daisy Dell.

Yoga from 9:45pm until 10:15pm.

Then meet others walking up for a swim at 10:25pm.

It is a 2km walk each way to swim spot along road. Swim footwear advisable though not essential. Ability to hop over a wall required. (Actual swim time will be 10:45am)
Skinny Dippers, Textiles and Wet-Suit Swimmers Welcome.
Water Temp expected to be around 18c so bring LOTS of extra layers and a hot drink for afterwards.
