New Skater - Try it Tuesdays

Try It Tuesdays - last tuesday of most months

Juniors (ages 8-16): 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
adults (ages 16+): 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Gender inclusive - train to play and/or referee roller derby

Tuesday is our regular junior and adult skills practice night at the Springbrook Multiplex.

The last tuesday evening of the month is the time we welcome interested individuals to come to our practice time and space, try on some skates, and try out some roller derby for night.

The evening focuses on safety and basic skating skills. We teach roller skating and, if an individual pursues with our league, gameplay.

We have skates and safety gear to lend out to get you going for your first few times.

Nuclear Free Roller Derby operates with a monthly dues structure, which gives one access to our venue during practices times and roller derby training. please message us for more information.

Please be prepared to sweat a little (bring a water bottle) and to sign a waiver (juniors please have parent/guardian on hand or prearrange with league at bnVjbGVhcmZyZWVkZXJieSB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t).

Entrance to our skating space is via south doors of the Springbrook Multiplex, Springbrook AB (5 mins south of Red Deer on Hwy 2a)
