KEDDIES CREEK TO UPPER LEVEN RIVER- DIAL RANGE PENGUIN

A 4 hour return walk to a section of the upper reaches of the Leven River. Leaving from Mt Montgomery carpark following Myrtle Creek, then branching off onto Penguin Cradle Trail along Keddies Creek down to the Leven River. Walking through dense, lush rainforest and crossing several small streams. Colourful fungi, birdlife and native animals to view. Lunch by the river before return by the same route. A steep climb back to Dial Range track.
