Let yourself unwind and destress as you are guided through a series of relaxation techniques. This event is perfect for anyone looking to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

In these group sessions, you’ll experience solution focused hypnotherapy in a calm and friendly environment. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation using soothing words and gentle techniques that help quiet your busy thoughts. You’ll always remain aware and in control, simply allowing your mind and body to rest.

Alongside the relaxation, Richard explains how the mind works, giving you insights into why we think, feel and react the way we do. Many people find this makes it easier to manage stress, sleep better, and feel more confident day to day.

You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you have one. We do have spare mats and chairs available, so you’ll always have a comfortable option.

There’s no need for any prior experience. Just come with an open mind, lie back, and discover how hypnotherapy can both calm and educate. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and with a fresh understanding of how your mind works.
