Penarth’s annual Christmas Lights Switch-On returns for an afternoon of festive fun, live music, and community celebration! Enjoy performances from Rock Choir, the Vale of Glamorgan Brass Band, Monico, and the Lady Nade Trio, plus walkabout entertainment from Kitsch N Sync.
Families can take part in free craft activities with Eggseeds, Pedal Emporium, and Penarth Library, while Vale Amusements bring classic fairground rides to town. Browse local stalls, warm up with delicious food and drink from local traders and Big Fresh Catering, and gather for the big moment as acclaimed actor Timothy Spall OBE joins Cllr Emma Richards, Mayor of Penarth, to switch on the lights at 6pm.
