关于茶师｜About the Tea Master
洪丽纯，广东潮州人，非物质文化遗产名录《潮州工夫茶艺》代表性传承人，中国二级评茶技师，中国高级茶艺师。教材《中国（潮州）工夫茶艺》副主编；《潮州工夫茶艺技术规程》《潮州工夫茶少儿茶艺技术规程》等标准起草人。
Hong Lichun, a native of Chaozhou, Guangdong, is a recognized inheritor of the UNESCO-listed intangible cultural heritage Chaozhou Gongfu Tea Art. She is a certified National Level 2 Tea Appraiser and Senior Tea Art Specialist in China. She serves as the co-editor of the official textbook Chaozhou Gongfu Tea Art (China) and is a principal drafter of technical standards such as Chaozhou Gongfu Tea Art Practice Guidelines and Children’s Gongfu Tea Art Guidelines.
