Join yoga teacher Rhian Sula for a dynamic flow yoga session in the outdoors with a view of the famous Bosherston Lakes. £8 per adult on the day. £5 for children. Please bring cash.

Suitable for children under 12 if accompanied by an adult.


On the lawn at Stackpole Court. Parking at Courtside car park.


Wear clothing appropriate for yoga and the weather. Bring a mat and blanket for relaxation. Extra mats available if needed.


If the weather is too cold or it's raining please meet at the theatre at the Stackpole Centre.
