Free yoga and light lunch for unpaid carers

To mark Carers Week 2025, Pobl Tir Môr CIC have funded a free beginners yoga session and light lunch for unpaid carers at 10am on Friday, 13th June, led by Pembroke Yoga.

Pobl Tir Môr, Welsh for 'People Land Sea' is a new Pembroke based Community Interest Company and is passionate about bringing people together to make good things happen.

The session will be a gentle, and beginner-friendly and will be followed by a free light lunch at Westgate Gallery and Café. Pobl Tir Môr’s Directors all have experience of providing unpaid care, and we hope that the yoga session and lunch will mean that unpaid carers will be able to relax, connect with others, and take a short but well-earned break.

Participants are welcome to bring a friend or come alone and take time to de-stress, and meet other unpaid carers in a warm and supportive environment.
