Yoga at the Farm

Join Yoga with Chuck for a special Outdoor Pop Up Yoga hosted by Brookside Farms!

Practice outdoors and connect with nature. The sessions are usually a mix of Relax and Recharge Style classes serving the unique group that shows up. Please bring your own yoga mat and props. An outdoor yoga tip is to bring a sheet or blanket a little larger than your yoga mat to create an extra layer between you and the earth.This charming New England Farm offers to go meals, fresh vegetables and so much more. Come a little early to visit the farmstead and support this local business, sharing their space with us.

Suggested Donation: $20 online or at the door. Those who pre-order their ticket using Eventbrite in advance will receive a gift bag with some free gifts including a natural bug spray sample and more.

In the event of rain or extreme heat that forces a postponement ticket may be used for a future date or refunds will be issued.

Parking is available on site. There is a short walk from the farmstand to the grassy area that does have shady areas where we practice.
