Gentle Yoga

Every Wednesday. This gentle yoga class is designed for all-levels of yogis who want to breathe, move and nourish their poses. Simple movements combined with a creative flair from our Small World Yoga instructors bring balance and calm into your practice and life.
Yoga mats and blocks provided. Please bring your own blanket or towel, if desired, for the class.
