Have you ever wanted to just let go and dance like no one is watching?
That’s exactly what Sitara Freedom Dance is all about.
This is a guided journey:
🌙 From stillness and stuckness → into ease and flow.
🌬 With breath and gentle movement to open the body.
💃 Then into a full-on eyes-closed dance release with powerful music.
We begin with a cup of ceremonial cacaosetting an intention to let go of what no longer serves and welcome what we truly want. From there, the journey unfolds naturally.
