Breathe & Bloom- Yoga in the Garden

Join us Saturday morning for a soul-soothing yoga experience set among the vibrant blooms and greenery of the greenhouse at My Secret Garden. Bend & Bloom is a gentle, all-levels class held in the heart of the greenhouse —where the air is fresh, the surroundings are alive, and each breath connects you more deeply to the natural world.

As you move through a calming sequence of postures and breathwork, you'll be surrounded by the scent of flowers, the rustle of leaves, and the quiet beauty of growing things. This class is designed to help you unwind, stretch, and reconnect—whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
