RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH J-UKEBOX

A few days after the June New Moon and winter solstice, we will get together for a deeply relaxing 2 hrs of Restorative Yoga.
This will be a wonderful way to RESET THE NERVOUS SYSTEM which is really sooo important in maintaining good health, vitality and wellbeing.
I have had the privilege to collaborate with UKEBOX, a three piece band who are very passionate and talented. John also plays the Classical Guitar- You will experience something very special and unique.
There will be moments of silence while I set up the poses then the band will play for the duration of the hold. We'll be in each Asana for 5 to 8 minutes.
I will be the keeper of the space. Watching over you, guiding and assisting you into deeper ease and comfort. Please wear warm clothes and bring a blanket. We do not generate any heat in this yoga class. The body and nervous system become more at ease with weight and heat.
