We are back this year with the chakra series! This workshop will focus on one chakra at a time, starting with the root in February and working our way up the system each month, ending at the crown chakra. Last year we did a deeper dive into the fundamentals of these energy centers. This year, we will be learning and doing even more of the energetic practices like breathwork, humming, toning, sound healing, gentle movement and meditations used to tune into, clear and balance your chakras. You will receive a powerful frequency clearing and activation of that chakra, learn the techniques to continue the practices at home, enjoy a relaxing sound bath with guided meditation and leave the workshop with an informational write up of that chakra. No experience is necessary and attendance of last year's series is not a requirement to attend this series. An open heart and the will to do the cleansing work on oneself is all that is needed!
Please dress comfortably. Each person will have a yoga mat and at least one lightweight blanket provided. We recommend bringing any additional items of comfort such as a pillow, favorite blanket, eye cover, etc. If you would like to start a chakra journal for your healing journey, which will be one of the recommended exercises, then bring it with you to write personal notes and observations in, but it is not required.
