We are excited to bring back our new “Summer Series” Class Cycle and the Return of Kiz on the Bridge!
This summer, level up your dance journey with six weeks of progressive classes designed to help you grow in musicality, connection, and expression across Kizomba, Urban Kiz, and Tarraxo.
Each genre offers a unique flavor of Afro-diasporic partner dance—and this cycle is your chance to build technique, gain confidence, and immerse yourself in a vibrant, supportive community.
Sundays at The Heal Room are all about structured progression:
7:30pm – Kizomba 2
→ for intermediate dancers or Level 1 returners seeking deeper refinement
8:30pm – Urban Kiz 1
→ for dancers ready to explore modern movement, musicality, and flow
Wednesdays start with training and end with celebration!
6:30pm – Tarraxo 1
→ open-level class focused on creativity, grounded movement, and musical responsiveness
8:00pm – Kiz on the Bridge (FREE Community Social)
→ open-air dancing just 5 minutes away at the Michael S. Van Leesten Memorial Bridge—because growth and joy go hand in hand.
Whether you’re diving into one genre or embracing all three, this full-cycle experience is designed to keep you moving, connected, and evolving all summer long.
