Summer Warm Up Run 5K - 50K
Date: Sunday, May 18th, 2025
Time: 5K to 50K starts at 7:30AM (Sharp, Rain or Shine).
Packet Pickup: Available beginning at 7:00AM on race day
Time Limit: 8-hour cap for all distances

Run Information:
Join us for an informal, timed 5K loop beginning at the Lakeside Park Pavilion in Pawling. This event is perfect for anyone looking to test their abilities or challenge themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. Distances can be adjusted on the day of the run if needed.

Course Details:
The course starts at the Lakeside Park Pavilion, taking participants out through the town of Pawling and back.

Lap Run Distance Options:
- 1 Lap = 5K
- 2 Laps = 10K
- 3 Laps = 15K
- 4 Laps = 20K
- 6 Laps = 30K
- 8 Laps = 40K
- 10 Laps = 50K

Registration Fees Include:
- Bib
- Refreshments
- Custom Finisher Medal

Awards:
All finishers will receive custom finisher medals.

Registration Cutoff Date:
Please register by May 17th. Registration closes at 5pm.
