Candlelight Restorative with Live Cello

Join us for a deeply soothing 60-minute candlelight Restorative Yoga experience, enhanced by the soulful sounds of live cello music by local cellist Lydia Raymond.

In this gentle, all-levels class, you'll be guided through a series of fully-supported poses designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep rest. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and the meditative resonance of live cello, you'll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a sense of peace and stillness.

No prior yoga experience needed—just come as you are. Yoga mats, and all props provided for your comfort.
