What's in Your Pain Management Toolbox?

Nonprofit LIVE INSPIRED BREVARD, a support and wellness community for people affected by chronic health conditions that focuses on social support as an instrument of wellness, welcomes Valerie Cafariella, a social worker living with fibromyalgia, to our next chronic pain and illness support group. Valerie, a winner of our Inspiration Story essay showcase will share the trials and tribulations of living with an invisible disease with no cure, the coping mechanisms she has found, and the strength that she discovered within herself that pushed her to still achieve a lifelong goal. She will lead a discussion about what’s in your toolbox to manage your morning routine. You will be invited to openly share to receive mutual support, and also participate in a rock coloring art activity.
