Mindful Movement: Sound Bath

Let soothing vibrations and harmonizing tones wash over you in this deeply restorative experience. A Sound Bath invites your body and mind into relaxation, helping release stress and restore balance. Please bring a yogamat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort.
