Annual PSU Banquet 2025
Come join us for a fun night of fellowship, laughs and good food at our annual banquet. The banquet will be held at The Wine Cellar at Amici’s (same place as last year), 7720 N Wickham Rd, Suite 116, Melbourne, FL 32940 on June 7, 2025, at 6pm.
This year our speaker will be John Lewchenko. John attended Penn State on a football scholarship graduating in 1973. At that time, he was a part of Joe Paterno’s Grand Experiment and achieved Pennsylvania All Star honors as defensive tackle. His hometown is Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He has been married to his wife Ellen for 56 years. Throughout those years they raised two children and now have four grandchildren. They currently live in Melbourne Beach right here in Brevard County. John stays in touch with many of his former teammates, as well as Sue Paterno. Oh, the stories he must have. I, personally, can’t wait to hear some of them! At present, he along with many former teammates are involved in restoring honor to Joe Paterno.
Dinner will include house salad, bread, coffee, tea or soda and dessert. Everyone will have a choice of Chicken Parmesan, Rigatoni Bolognese, Truffle Sacchetti or Shrimp Scampi which you will choose at the restaurant on the night of the banquet. Adult beverages will NOT be included.
Tickets will be $50 in advance and $55 at the door. Tickets are limited to 45 and will be on a first come first served basis.
