We welcome you to the opening of our garden , a two day retreat of singing, dancing, painting and healing!
A two day retreat in the Delphic landscape designed to promote self-healing and stress relief in a peaceful nature-focused environment, emphasizing relaxation, creative expression and energy healing techniques.
Day1: the focus is on setting into the serene environment and exploring the surroundings. Workshops cover walking meditation in Ariadne’s spiral path. Breathing and stretching to ease your pace.
Day 2 The emphasis shifts to deepen in energy healing practices and accumulation in arts activities. Workshops include sacred singing music, healing theory & practice. The day builds awareness to the healing power that lies within and on finding an intuitive and collective way to express it through arts.
Day 3: The closing circle focuses on sharing the experience in a dance therapy session. Giving back what we explore is the best way to digest it while dance is the holistic language of the expressive body.
The retreat provides a flexible schedule, allowing you to a one day or one session drop in. A brunch & a dinner are offered every day with vegetarian local products for Mediterranean tastes. The day provides free time at your will to visit Galaxidi, swim in the sea or just reflect in nature.
